A CLEVER ORGANISER.
A new feather has been added to the feminine cap by the appointment of Miss Grace Burrows to the position of organising secretary to the Bluo Mountains Centenary Celebrations (says a writer iu the "Sydney .Morning Miss Burrows first came prominently before the public some years ago, when she organised the big What-to-do-with-our-Girls' Exhibition, .under the auspices of the Girls' Realm Guild.' Some people admired her courage, others'deplored her rashness in undertaking such a big thing, but most prophesied failure. However,, tho exhibition was a colossal success, and that it was not only tho novelty that made it so was proved by the fact that'a similar one two years later' was equally successful. This "established Miss Burrows's' reputation as an organiser, and now her capacity has been recognised by the committee of the Blue Mountains Celebration, who are all men, and yet who havo asked this quiet, unassuming woman to undertake the work of arranging the celebrations.
