Hemp—Tlie total number . of hales graded was 12,716, as compared with 7613 for tho correspond(fa month of -last year, an increase of 5073 bales'. For tho twelve months ending January 31, i"013, tho number of bales graded was 105,541, as compared with 85,217 for tho previous twelve months, tho increase being 20,324 bales. : Tow.—During the month 4844 : bales wero dealt with;-as compared with 2335 for tho corresponding month of last year, an increase of 2509 bales. For the' twelve months ending January 31, 1913, the number of bales graded was 34,199, as •'compared with 23,974 for the previous twelve months, the increase being 10,225 bales.
