TO-DAY'S DINNER
(Speoially, written for Tni Dominion.) TUESDAY. Vegetable Soup. Roast Loin of Pork. Applo Sauce. New, Potatoes. French Beans. Lemon Tart, LEMON TART. Half pound short crust, 2oz. butter, 2 lemons, ? eggs, 4oz. .sugar. Roll out tho paste a little larger than a medium-sized plate or tin; grease the latter, and cut a strip off tho paste. Put round the edge. Lino tho dish with the remainder of the dough. Join tho two edges together by outting sharply round with a knife. Ornament the edge, and prick the paste all over to preventrising in tho centre, and bako until pnle brown and crisp. Grate the rinds and squeeze the juico from tho' lemons. Put the rind and juice into a small saucepan with tho su»ar, volks of eggs and butter. Stir over a moderate Are until thick. When cold put in the tart and ornament with white of egg stiffly beaten. Put into a cool oven to 6et and brown.
