Tho German municipality Wilmersdfirf is selling a parcel of mutton from Alsaco of about fifty carcasses daily at 7Jd. per. pound for tho neck, and 9d, per'pound for the other best, parts.
The Government has allowed a reduction of the duty on meat to O.9Gd. until October 1 next, but has notified that tlio reduction will not be extended beyond April, 1911.
. Herr Lenoch, the Australian agent at Berlin, has ordered 25,000 carcasses of Australian mutton for delivery during the next four months.
