(Specially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Fish Soup. Curried Schnapper. Potatoes. Preserved Ginger Pudding. PRESERVED GINGER PUDDING. ! Threo ounces each of flour, sugar, butter, and preserved ginger, j pint of milk, 3 cgg9, 2 tablespoonfuls of ginger syrup. Boil the milk and butter together. Put in the Hour, and stir well until it is boiled and quite smooth. Let the milture cool in tli© saucepan for 10 minutest Then drop in the yolks of tho eggs one by one, stirring well; then add tho ginger out in small ■ pieces, and mix well. Beat tho whites of the eggs to a stiff froth, and stir in very gently. ' Steam for 1 hour. Servo with ginger syrup poured, round. FOR TO-MORROW. Macaroni, stock, 21b. fillet of veal, turnips, peaches, breadcrumbs. ■ FOR, SUNDAY.; Two pounds tomatoes, stock, sirloin/of boof, green peas, 2oz. chocolate, nectarines, pastry, cream, FOR SUPPER. '. Fowl. Ham, Tomatoes. Salad Dressing. Greengages. Jelly. Sponge Cake.
