(Specially written for The Dominion.) THURSDAY. Green Pea Soup. Grilled Steak and Tomatoes. Potatoes. French Beans. Apricot Pudding. GREEN PET SOUP. One pound green pens, sprigs of mint and parsley, pepper and snlt, 1 pint boiling light stock. Put the pens, mint, parsley, and pepper and salt into tho boiling stock, and cook until tender, about half an hour. Remove the mint and parsley and rilb the soup through a hair sieve. Return to rinsed pan and reheat. FOR TO-MORROW. Schnnpper. • Cnrry Powder, Preserved Ginger.
