The silver wedding of Mr. and Mrs. T. Patterson, of Upper Hutt, on Monday evening Inst was the occasion, of a big gathering of friends and relatives, a lunge mfirqueo liaving to bo erected outside to ncoommodate the numerous guests. Tho health of "The Happy Couple?' was toasted with musical honours. A number of games and pastimes wore indulged in. Tho presence of several West Coasters testified, to tho former residence of Mr. and Mrs. Patterson, who received V e congratulations of a big circle of friends from near and far. -Many presents were also sent. ; Pull particulars regarding the bakery business announced for salo by Mr, A.
