Poincare, with King GeorgeY congratulations on the occasion of his election. In his communication his Majesty says he is convihced that thero will be a continuance of the cordial friendship uniting the two nations. The Prince of Wales has _also expressed his pleasure at M. Poincare's election, and forwards his good wishes.
