[ William Ernest; Raymond, who arrived in custody from Sydney yesterday, entered a plea of not guilty., when charged with leaving New Zealand without providing means for support of his wife and child. . . Ho was remanded until January 24. INSOBRIETY. . ' : Four first offenders who appeared on charges of insobriety wore convicted and discharged. ■
