Six coupons were correctly marked, one customer filling in two. About fifteen hundred coupons were issned. Tho defence was that tho issiio of the coupons nas not a betting transaction, inasmuch as the defendnnt had nothing to gain, and the coupon holders had nothing to lose. Tho case wa3 dismissed.
