TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Kidney Sooip, Cold Corned Beef. Salad. Potatoes. Apricot Eggs. APRICOT EGGS. Cut rounds of sponge cake with a cutter about an inch thick. Put on each round half a. stewed-apricot and 6ome of the jwce.- Covot with whipped .cream, piling it up daintily oil each separate round, and servo on & glass dish. The cream may be put round the apricots with a tube or cono of.paper, which makes the dish look like poached eggs. Rice, stock, curry powder, 21b. mutton cutlets, green peas, 21b. greengages, prunes, snort crust.
