: (Specially iwritten for The Dominion.) MONDAY. ' Macaroni Soup.' Boiled Mutton. Caper Sauce. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Connaught Pudding. . CONNAUGHT PUDDING. ' 2oz. butter, j pint milk, ljoz. ratifiaa crushed, 4oz. castor sugar, 1 teaspoonl-ul vanilla, 2oz. flour, 3oz. breadcrumbs, rind of l lemon, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoonfuls cream, a few dried oherries. Melt tho butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, add the milk, boil up, and stir until it thickens. Stir to this the breadcrumbs, ratifiaa, rind, sugar, and vanilla, also tho eggs well, beaten with the cream. Butter thickly a mould, dust it with sugar, and'decorate it with canditd cherries. Pour in the mixture, allowing it to oolne within one inch of the top, cover with buttered paper, and 6team for <l\ hours. Serve with sauce. \.. FOR TO-MORROW.
