On tho motion of Archdeacon Hai per, it was decided to recommend tho diocesan synods to appoint a Military Affairs Combiitteo to assist'tho Bishop,in nil- Church matters relating to territorial camps and military affairs., .',■'-'. :■■:.. : ; ' Archdeacon! Graco moved'that the timo has arrived when tho Maori section of the Church should have representation on the GenprarSynod of members (clerical and lay),' elected from, among tho Maori 'people.
