At 4.15 p.m. yesterday, the fire brigade received a call to an outbreak of fire at No. 79 Brougham Street, a BOTcn-ropmcd, houso owned by .Mr. 11. E. Hurley, but unoccupied at the time. Tho damage done by the firor—it originated in somo rubbish in a refuse box' at the rear of tho building—was comparatively uliuht,' tlio Lack of th'o houso being scorched.
