Mr. C. B. Vickerman. was tho principal assistant of tho eiiginecr-iu-chief. Mr. liimh Vickonnan will assist tho ongin-ccr-in-ohief in tho oflico. .
Mr, H. Dickson, who has hitherto been assistant to Mr. C. R. Vickerman, will fill tho position vacated by Mr. H. Vickcrman at Christchnroh. ,
