(SpeoiaUy written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Semolina Soup. Roast Loin of Mutton. New Potatoes. Caulillowor. Apricot Sponge Pudding. Sauce. SEMOLINA SOUP. ,Ono quart stock. 2oz. semolina. Put tlw stock on to boil, when boiling stir into it the semolina. Stir until it boib and thickens; simmer for 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper, add a little very-finely :< jhopped parsley before serving. • FOR TO-MORROW. Ox Tail. Stock. Six or Seven Pounds Corned Beel (Silver-side* of tho round). Suet. Carrots. Turnips. Peaches.
