It ie officially stated that tho Tripoli war spoils ore estimated at 2J millions sterling in valuo, Including ,£350,000 in cash, two-fifths of wfiich have been given to the army, two-fifths to tho National Treasury, and one-fifth, to tho Invalid Pensioners' Fund.
