TARATAHI-CAItTERTON RACES. Special, train arrangements have been made to convey visitors to the TaratahiCarterton meeting to-day. Good fields are engaged in most of the events, and the racing should bo interesting, as the horses racing are.of one class, with the exception of the Cup field, which includes, Undecided and Sir Knox. Outside of Borsil and Astral, both of whom are frirlv smart O' ,• a short course,,, the Trial field contains a poor lot; and with the .exception of War Queen a similar remark applies to those engaged in the Belvedere Hack, six furlongs. Merry Guy and Ladino should have a large following in the five furlongs Hack Race, and so should Big Blast in the Hack Welter,
