FEDERAL PRIME MINISTER

COMING TO NEW ZEALAND. The Right Hon. Andrew Fisher, Prime Minister of. the Labour Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, is coming to New Zealand on a holiday visit early in the New Year. The Prime Minister (the Hon. W. F. M-assey) stated last night to a Dominion- reporter that he knew nothing of Mr. Fisher's intentions, except that he had definitely decided to come to New Zealand soon. This 'Mr. Fisher had told the Hon. James Allen, when the'latter was in Melbourne on his way to London. It is probable that Mr. Fisher will make Wellington his port of arrival in New Zealand.
