The recent spell of warm suniiy weather should, however,, improve tho yield. Prospects in Christchurch are reported to bo exceptionally good and strong stocks are bringing in large supplies of honey. A fair average crop is expected in Duncdin provided that fine weather is experienced.

In tho midst of wars and rumours of wars the dairying section- of the Dominion still preserves the "even tenor of its way." That the "Victor" Cheese Vat is a "means" of providing extra: profits to tho farmer has been proved conclusively by the large number of orders filled this year by the maker.
