President Taft has dispatched another ultimatum to Mexico, warning President Madero of the danger of not protecting Americans. It is recognised, according to the State Department, that the time for intervention has come. The conditions of San Domingo are reported to be improved. MEXICO'S RESENTMENT. (Rec. December 'J. 2, 5.5 p.m.) Mexico City, December 21. The Government's reply to the United States representations expresses full resentment against Secretary Knox's charges alleging ill-treatment of Americans. It is alleged that in many case-s the Americans themselves are blameworthy. An ultimatum is now being prepared, AN INDIAN MASSACRE. - (Rec. December 22, 5.5 p.m.) ' . Mexico City, December 21. Yaqui Indians have massacred a thousand people in San Marcial, in the State, of Sonora, Mexico. The American quarter oulSMe the town escaped. The Yaquis showed no quarter, ,butchering everybody.
