OPENINGS VOn COMMISSIONS, It has been decided as a special measure tw throw open nine commissions as lieutenant in tho Permanent Forces of tho Dominion to warrant officers and staff mrg<MiA-iati.iwa of the Jtoyal Now Zealand Artillery and of the Now Zealand Permanent Staff. Seven, of those commissions will l>e in tlis New Zealand Staff Corfu ami two in the lioyal New Zealand Artillery.
