TELEPHONE WIRES CUT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (liec. December 20, 11.5 p.m.) London, December 20. The wires at several public telephone bureaux in Nottingham , have been cut. .The damage has been attributed to suffragette vandalism.
