New potatoes. Erenab beans. Lemon sponge. Black currant pie. Cream. SUPPER. Cold beef. .Salad. Banana cream pie. lthubarb jelly. LEMON CORNFLOUR. . Two and a half ounces cornflour, 1 largo lemon, 1 pint water, Jib. sugar, 3 egga. • Mix tho cornflour smoothly in a littlo cold water, and then add tho rest of the water. Add the grated rind of half a lomon and tho juice of one, the sugar, and the boaten yolks. Stir all together in a pan until it boils and thickens. Pour into a piedish lined with puff pastry, and bako in the oven. Whip the whites stiffly with sugar and leruon flavouring and place roughly on tho top. Put it into tho oven to sot the meringue.
