The steamer Indrapura, which lias sailed for London, left behind a large portion of her refrigerated cargo. The wharf labourers -worked for six hours, and then left, stating that the air in tho hold was too cold.

The intended cargo comprised 8500 .quarters of beef and 8000 carcasses of mutton. Only 1500 quarters of beef were loaded.
