Lisbon, December 19.

It is rumoured that a conp-de-etat has been prepared against the Government. The more is due to an. agitation by supporters of Dr. Costa, the Democratic leader, against the President of tho Chamber, who is accused of partisanship. Tho garrison is confined tofhe barracks, and business is at a standstill. An explosion of nitro-glycerine destroyed a powder factory near Lisbon, one man was killed. A large dynamite bomb was exploded at the Central Railway Station, and a man, apparently the owner, was badly injured.
