Underwriting is proceeding in connection with the three million New South Wales four per cent, loan .issued at 991. The final instalment is payable on February 24. The first interest payment oh the New South Wales loan will be on July 1. The "Evening Standard" says the issue has depressed the market foT gilt-edged stocks, dealers regarding the'present asan unfortunate time for the flotation.
