The Canterbury Industrial Association has .resolved to submit the followingremits to industrial corporations in Wellington:—(l) That an amendment should be hiade to the Arbitration Act, with a view to simplifying the procedure in obtaining Dominion awards. (2) That the various industrial associations in New Zealand should be given an opportunity of considering any alteration, additions, or amendments to the Tariff Act, and that the Minister for Customs should be asked to consult the industrial corporation as being peculiarly fitted to consider fiuchamefldments.
