The monthly "shoot" of the Hutt Valley Gun Club was held at Tatia on Wednesday, when the events decided were a 7 live-bird sweepstake, and a 21 claybird match. S. Edwards, 24yds., and J. Brassell, 25yds., tied in tlte former with G'kills each; while S. Scott (11yds.) won tho latter event with 20 breaks. Tho following are the leading scores in (he clav bird shoot trophy presented by Mr. J. Brnsell;— S. Scott, 11yds.. 20 out of 21. J. Brasell, 11yds., 18 out of 21. W. Minister, 11yds., 17 out of 21. W. Meager, 10yds., 17 out of 21.
