Dr. A. B. O'Brien, of Christchnrch, who left New Zealand in December Inst oil a visit to England, lias been successful in obtaining Ms Fellowship of the KornJ Collego of Surgeons, England. Ho will return to 'Christchureh early next year. Mr. Evclvn Wrench, of London, organiser of tho Overseas Club, arrived in Feilding yesterday afternoon .(says our local corrospondentV aecompanicd by hi 3 sister, Miss Wrench. They wore met by tho' Mnvor of Feilding (Mr. Goodbehere), Mr D.'H. Guthrie, M.P.,- the chairman of the Wnng'anni Education Beard (.Mr. Fred. Pirnm), and n group of local members of tho club, who dined the-visitors in tho evening. Mr. and Miss Wrench addressed a well-attended meeting on the aims and objects of the club, of which a local branch was afterwards formed. Mr. Wrench is enjoying a year's holiday, and is devoting tho time to the interests of the Overseas Club. A MODERN REMEDY.
