FIRE AT MOTUEKA.
{By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Nelson, December 9. An outbreak of firo occurred at tlio Post Office Hotel, Motueka, on Sunday afternoon. Tho' outbreak is supposed to nave originated in the servants' quarters. A brick wall and tho efforts of the brigade saved the town. Tho building is owned bv Mr. George Gibbs, of Nelson, and is teased by Mr. IT. G\ lioldsivoitil- Tlio insurance was t C2600 in the Alliance Oflieo. .Sir.. IToldsworth's furniture was insured for <£100. in the same office.
