The "Observer's" Berlih correspondent 6tates that the British Admiralty has ordered for .£25,000 a Parseval airship of 350,000 cubic feet capacity. She will be 300 feet long, and have a speed of 50 miles an hour. She will also be able to carry 20 passengers.
