. BEQUEST TO AUSTRALIANS. By Telesrapli-Press Afisociatlon-Oopyrlcht Melbourne, December 7. Advices received .here state that Mr. Montgomery Smart, a passenger drowned in the wreck of the Titanic, has bequeathed the whole of his estate to Mr. Twomey, editor of the "Parmer and Grazier" newspaper, and Mrs. Browne, of 'Sydney. Mr. Smart was formerly in the cool storage business in Sydney, and Mr. Twomey and Mrs. Browne assisted him., Before returning to America, in 1897, he made a will in their favour. Subsequently ho became president of the Cold Storage and Shipping Company, and a large shareholder in several other big concerns. His stock in. the Cold Storage Company is valued nt' £16,000, and shares in other companies . represent a considerable amount.
