During the month ended November 20 the Shannon Cb-qperative Dairy Company paid to suppliers £2¥!G 2s. Hd. Butterfat was paid for at the rate of Is. OJd. Compared with the corresponding mouth of last year, the suppliers received an increase of '.£5Bl ss. lid. Mr. Banbury, of tha railway staff, has been appointed to a new position in Tailiape. Two new business premises are. likely to be crested shortly.in the main strest, Plimmer Terrace., The event of the year, as far as the majority of residents of Shannon is concerned, is the local school concert, which takes place on December 13.
