THE WELLINGTON CLUB. The championship of the Wellington Golf Club was decided la.st week-end on the Heretaunga links, when A. D. S. Duncan beat A. .T. Abbott 10 up and 9 to play. The links were in good order, and the weather conditions fair.' Jlr. Duncan has been playing up to his old form lately, and the result wns more or less anticipated. Ho was 5 up- on Abbott after the first round. His scores were: 72 and 69 for 17 holes, or opproxi" mately, Uβ for tuo 18 holsn.
