A COLONIAL UNIVERSITY.
PROJECT IN LONDON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, November 28. The "Morning Post" advocates the establishment of a colonial teaching University in London on tho lines of the German colonial schools, where lectures on colonial administration, law, geography, politics, commerce, and resources are delivered. The "Post" suggests that the Imperial Colonial Institute should co-operate in the promotion of this object. Mr. Sidney Low, the well-known author and journalist, lecturing before the British Academy, advocated a similar project, and suggested that the Governments of the Dominions should contribute part of the initial cost.
