New York, November 28. . _A. number of prisoners in the Milwaukee Gaol, where Schrank, the man who attacked Mr. Roosevelt, is confined, planned to escape, but their plot was discovered accidehtally when the leader was removed to another city to.stand his trial. It is not known if Schrank participated in the plot. FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE. ' London, November 27.
