PLAGUE IN NOUMEA.
VIRULENT OUTBREAK. By Telegraph—Preßß Aeßociation-Copyrleht Sydney, November 28. 'Advices from Nouttiea show that the plague is increasing in virulence. There have been twenty-two deaths, the victims including two Europeans. Energetic steps are being taken to combat the outbreak. The town has been officially declared infected. A special vote of for burning condemned buildings has been passed and 6thcr measures are to be taken. Cable messages have been received here asking for special appliances to combat the trouble. A thousand doses of lymph haffkin have been taken to Noumea by the steamer Pacifique,
