BANKING FACILITIES AND SBCIPEOCITY. (By Telegraph.—Press.Association.) Christchurch, November 27. At tho quarterly meeting of the Cam terbury Chamber of Commerce, tho president (Mr. R. Hill Fisher), commenting on the establishment of another bank in tho Dominion, remarked that in view of tlie large increaso of the business of tho country, it was to be regretted that additional banking facilities should not bo afforded by the enterprise of New Zealand capitalists. It was announced that a conference of delegates from tho South, Island chambers and the Grain and Produco Association, convened by the Can. terbury Chamber, would be held, on -De- ■. comber 12 to consider the question of Australian reciprocity. ■ ■ "
