6 OJbTIUIALS ORDERED TO REPAY COSTS. Bv Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, November 26. ' The executive- of the Warwickshire Miners' Federation and Mr. William' Johnson, Labour M.P., secretary and agent of the executive, have been ordered to repay ,£9-48 sterling, costs of n libel action paid from the union funds. The executive considered the union should pay, as the action was in its interests, but the Court held that the union had no legul interest in the result.
