, Mcasrs. Williams and Kettle report liaving held their forniightly sale iu the ■\Voodville yards on. November 25, when a ■good entry of sheep and a large entry of cattle were yarded. All classes of snoop met with a ready sale at a slight advance on late rates, but cattle were haraer to quit. We report the following prices:— (ehoru), 14p. 9d., 15s. Id., t-o 15s. 3d.; mixed-tfex hoggets, 163.; cire and lambs, shorn, 19a. 6d.; two and a h-alf-year steors, £5 Bs.; st-oro cowsj £3 <g.; yearling steers, £2 Bs.; yearling lioifers, £2 Bs.; springing heifers, £5 2s. 6d.; springiug cows, £3 15s. to' £6; fat heifers, £6; Jersey bulls, £3 10s. to £5; yearling. BTONSIDE STOOK SALE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedln, November 26. At Burnside to : day ICQ fat cattle were yarded, consisting' principally, of fair to prime quality, included in, the consignments' were a few pens of North. Island cattle. Bidding at the commencement was brisk, and prices ruled fully ICe. per head above those of last week, but they eased <13 the Rale progreeesd to last week's values. Unfinished c-ows met with a dragging sale. Prime bullocks, £15 to £16; extra heavy and prime, to £16 175.. 6d.; met diurn, £11 10s. to £13 7s. 6d.; light, £8 1,7 a. 6d. to £10; prime heifers, £9 to £10 7t5..6d.; extra, to £12;' light to medium, £6 lte. to £7 ,10s.; prime cows, £5 ICg. to £8; medium, £5 ss, to £6; light and aged, £4 ltd. 6d. to. £5 7s. 6d. Fat sheep:- Tlie yarding comprised 2112, the bul'f of which wore wetbors. Although the yarding was amialler than usual, tho supply was fully equal to the requirements of ♦•hfi trade. Values for the first paxt of the £ale shewed an advunco- L of v 6d. -to,, 2d. per head, but towards the'close "tlie "demand slackened, and. prices ea6ed. . There was an excellent . display of sheep, many i of the lote being of .superior quality and heavy-weights. . Prime extra heavy-weight i wethers, Ms. to 31s. 6d.; prime, 265. to 2Gs.; medium. 23v>.- to 245. 6d.; light and inferior, 20s. to 21p. 6d.; extra heavy-weight wethers, shorn, 245. to 265. 6d.; prime do., 20s. w 225.; light., to. medium, 15s. 9d.. to 195.; prime extra- heavy-weight ewes, 275. to 295. 3d.; primes 24a./to 265. 6d.; light, lEe. to 225. 6d. ' 1 !Pa.t lambs: The yarding coneistcd of ow. this number being considerably in advance of- what has been previously yarded this season. There was a good demand throughout the sale, but values were ' tho lowest of the season. Prices on an average were Is. 6d. to 2s. below last . week s rates. Extra heavy, to 19s. 3d.; best, 16s. to. tfe; 9d.; medium. 14s. 9d,.t0. ljs. 6d.; light, 13g. "6d. to 14s. 6d. Pies: The yarding consisted of 30 fats and 42 stores. There was a good demand for all sorts, prices for stores and small sorts being well maintained, and fat pigs selling at improved rates. ,
