.(By Tclegrenh—Press Association.) i Wanganui, November 26. The. foundation stone of the new St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, which is to cost about was laid to-day. Tho chprch will be located on a commanding site at the corner of Guyton and Nixon Streets. The rents from the present church property in the avenue have financed the big scheme without a call being made on "the congregation, i The rents increase 25 per cent, at the end of the first fourteen years, and a further 25 per cent, at the end of the succeeding fourteen years.
