TWENTY PERSONS KILLED. By Telegraph—Frees Association—Copyright New York; November 25. Twenty persons were killed at Waukegan, Illinois, by an explosion in the. dry starch-plant of the Corn, Products Refining Company, and twenty-five seriously injured. The cause of the explosion is not known.

BODIES UNRECOVERED. ' (Rec. November 26, 9.55 p.m.) New York, November 26. The fire which followed the explosion at Waukegan is still burning, and it is impossible to recover the dead. It is probable that fourteen persons perished. Many leaped from the building and were crushed to death. ' ,
