Ortio M'Manigal made a confession that dynamite already in use for canal purposes was to have been secured and a quantity placed in each lock. The intended outrage was inspired by Annoyance at the employment of non-unionists on the canal. (Eec. November 26, 11.5 p.m.) • New York, November 26. The other witnesses at the dynamite inquiry at Indianopolis did not corroborate M'Hanigal's statement regarding the blowing up of .the Panama Canal.
