TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for Tiie Dominion.] WEDNESDAY. .. . Lentil Soup, Meat anil Potato Patties. Cauliitower. Lemon Pudding. LEMON PUDDING. Two eEgs, 2oz. savoy biscuits, crushed, grated rind of 2 small lemons, juice and rind of 1 lemon, 3oz. castor sugar, 3oz. butler, short pastry. Line a small dish with the pastry rolled out thinly, and decorate the edges with cut leaves of pastry. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream. Add the ,bisciuts and crumbs alternately with the eggs beaten. Mix the lemon rind and juice. Add these quickly to the mixture. . Beat thoroughly, and pour the mixture into tho prepared dish. Bako 40 minutes, or until tho mixture is sot. Cover with castor sugar, and serve hot or cold. POR TO-MORROW. 'Macaroni. Stock. 21b. steak.' Cabbage. Stale bread. Apples. .
