(From Our Special Correspondent.) {, PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL. The business at to-morrow evening's meeting of the Pctone Borough Council will include the confirmation of tlie special order passed on October 29, IUI2. The Mayor will move- resolutions levying rates as security for the following loans: — Bridge loan of J25500, rate of 1-ld. in the £■, drainage loan of ,£IO,OOO, rate of lid. in the X; clock loan of J3600, rato of 1-lGd. in the £; waterworks loan, .£2OOO, rate of 1-lGd. in the £; and all other resolutions in connection with the above loans.
