Sir Thomas Lipton has issued a challenge for 23-metre yachts (-universal measurement), to race at the Panama Canal celebrations in. San Franoisco in 1915. It is hoped that, Australia/ Canada,' the Kaiser, and King Alfonso Trill compete.
