The last of the series of London wool Bales for the current year mil begin on Tuosday of next week, and the prospects aro very promising. The Bradford Ton market is firm, with more inquiry, and generally there appears to bo a brighter outlook. On the Continent,, according to mail advices, business was fairly good. Eeports from the German woollen and worsted centres stated that though the actual business passing in tops and noils was not particularly great, inquiries wero more frequent, and the general feeling, brighter. The war in the Balkans and the tightcess in the money market are not likely to affect the position, because manufacturers are in need of the raw material, and there is a probability of shortaco of supplies from Australasia. ■' , MORTGAGES REGISTERED.
