TB-DAY'S DINNER.

[Specially written for Tiie Dominion.! TUESDAY. Palestine soup; Colonial goose. Potatoes. Cabbage. Lemon pudding. LEMON PUDDING. Two eggs, 2ozs. Savoy biscuits, crushed, rind of two lemons, grated, juice and grated rind of one lemon, 3ozs. castor sugar, 3ozs. butter, short pastry. Line a small dish with pastry rolled out thin, and decorate the edges with cut leaves of pastry. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream. Add the biscuits and crumbs alternated with the eggs beaten. Mix the lemon rind and juice, and add theso quickly to the mixture, Beat thoroughly, and pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Bake JO minutes, or until the mixture is set. Cover with castor sugar, and serve hot or cold. FOR. TO-MORROW. One ox kidney. Stock. Loin of mutton. Cauliflower. Gooseberries. Savoy biscuit crumbs.
