The amount paid out to-day by the BalJance Dairy Company for October's milk supply and home separated cream delivered during the same month was .£5300. A special order, consisting of WO boxes of butter, is being made up this iveek for shipment to The greater portion of butter manufactured this season has been forwarded to Canada. To date, the quantity shipped this season to the latter country totals 1500 boxes. The supply of homo separated cream is, increasing, the total'paid out for the .months being £185.
